Chicken, ground turkey, tuna, tilapia (all seafood really) Honestly, meats in general typically has the highest protein. Google will give you a huge range of choices for high protein sources. Good luck on your search.

All good choices in previous comments. I've been eating about two Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurts (5.3 oz each) a day as high protein snacks - 80 cal, 12 gm protein. I'm more likely to eat the right foods (instead of grabbing my kids' Oreos) if it's easy for me. The yogurts are individual portion size and need no preparation. Having other foods ready in the fridge - roasted poultry, hard boiled eggs - also helps, because there is no wait or prep time when I want a snack.
