Hey everyone! Last year about this time I used mfp to get into the habit of more mindful eating and it totally worked.
I stopped logging after a few months but with my new habits I slowly lost weight without depriving myself. Over 20 pounds down now I have 15 more to go. This is going to be the hardest part so I decided to start logging again to keep myself honest. I also signed up for the transformer on Dietbet. 6 months to lose the 15 pounds. I know I can do this. Just need some people to keep me accountable! Feel free to add me!!
