i started my low carb low sugar diet 3 weeks ago. and 4 days ago i started the dr oz 2 week cleanse so far ive lost 15 lbs! 75 more lbs to be at my first goal. I'm 5'3 260 lbs. need some serious encouragement and tips to help shed weight fast. day 4 of dr oz 2 week cleanse and im feeling great literally have to remind myself to eat. i highly suggest it

honestly i have no idea who he is or even watch him but "his" cleanse has been the best for weight loss for me so far. (can be called anything else doubt he has it trademarked )0

Good job. Never give up. If you have a bad day start again the next day but never give up. Moderation is the key. Also if you drink a glass of water before and after each meal it will help you to lose weight. Have a healthy journey!0

I don't think you're likely to get any serious tips for shedding weight fast. What's the hurry? You will, however, read lots of tips for losing weight safely and sustainably.

There's nothing wrong w doing a 2 week cleanse, it not only jump starts your diet but also gets rid of toxins in your body! I would recommend losing weight slowly after the cleanse though
