I've been eating healthy, figured out HOW to eat healthy. I recovered from an ED but after recovery, I gave up on my bod, never dieted in fear that I would relapse.
Focusing on my nutrients instead of calories has helped so much (plus less not drinking a 30 pack a week OMG)
I needed to share my so far accomplishment.
It's possible, work hard ladies n gents. We got this!
