Log everyday, even if you have bad days. Make logging a habit, it does get easier. You've got this!!0

Eat less, move more, pre-plan meals, weigh in grams, exercise (for health benefits), get plenty of sleep, drink lots of water, eat whatever you want but stay within your calories (chocolate is possible), eat back half of your exercise calories and most of all...be honest with yourself and you will succeed. This is a lifestyle change not a diet, only you and you alone are responsible for your success or failure. Good luck xx0

Get the word "diet" out of your mind and realize that if you truly want to make a lifetime change, that's what it is.
Diets are fad things that don't last.0 -
Keep working- YOU can do this!!!0

Make a lifestyle change, it will last longer. Don't over-restrict yourself and make sure you get lots of proteins and fats for satiety. Pre-log your days (helps tremendously). Good luck!0

Don't expect motivation to be a blinding flash of light that will fix everything. You will always have negative thoughts.
Once you realise this, you can recognise those negative thoughts and dismiss them.
Don't wait for motivation. Just do it!0 -

Good to hear! And well done for coming back and reading your replies. It's worrying that quite a few don't even do that. You're ahead of them by far!

It's a change of lifestyle and to do that you need to change habits. It's like taking the path less traveled, it will be difficult to begin with but it will get easier the more you do it and it becomes your habit. Good luck!0
