Ladies between 5'7-5'9 what are your daily calories intake? Sedentary to maintain or lose weight. And active to lose weight. Thanks

Everyone will likely have a different answer to this. It would depend on their current weight , and how much they have left to lose and their own personal goals.
I eat 2,021 calories per day at 5'80 -
5'7, maintaining around 135 with average intake of 2200 (gross) / 2050 (net). I'd like to lose a few pounds, so have just reset my target intake to 1600 (net - hopefully, I'll be able to eat 1900 gross on most days).0

I'm 5'8. Looking to go from SW184 to 140 (6 down after 2 weeks). I actually set it to active initially as I exercise 6x a week which gave me 1590. I then realised you aren't supposed to take your exercise into account and as my job is an office job I switched it to lightly active which dropped it to 1230. I'm missing those extra calories! As the others have said it all depends where you're starting and where you want to finish...good luck whatever that may be!0

I am 5 8" and currently doing between 1200 and 1400 calories to lose I started at 98kg and am now 86Kg over roughly 8 weeks, but only seriously the last 5. Thats been fast weight loss and I expect it to slow, I know know some folks will say TOO FAST but I feel good and eat for nutrition. my goal is 70kg or 150lbs0

I'm 5'8 and starting at 100kg. And and trying to stay on 1,300-1,400.0 -
5'7 - 154lbs. Sedentary. All activities are logged (mostly brisk walking on errands) and I am losing (148lbs goal - 1lb a week).
My allowance is 1300, I earn 500 - 2000. And my intake can be anything between 1200 - 2500.
I am new to this (2 weeks) and not yet consistent as I am settling into a routine with it all. But I am noticing a positive difference, so I am doing something right.

5'8 I maintain between 135-140 at gross of 1900-2000 and a net of 1100-1300. I work out 5 days a week and burn about 800-900 each time.0

5'9 (175cm) / 132lbs (60kg), sedentary and net 1460 (gross between 1600-1800). This is for an MFP predicted weekly loss of 0.2kg (which in reality has been about 0.4kg lately, think I am underestimating exercise intensity). Will do this for another couple of months til I hit my goal weight of approx 128lbs (58kg). I suspect maintenance at goal weight will be pretty similar to current net.0

I started at 155.6lbs and am currently 2 pounds away from my goal weight of 140. My cals are set at 1420 (sedentary) and this week I ate an average of 1650. I exercise almost every day and use my Fitbit to count steps.0 -
5`9 - currently set on losing weight. It's set for 1700 calories a day. Anything less and I'm starving all day. If I eat just about 1700 or even 1800 I feel satisfied and not like I've overeaten.0

Hi I'm 5'8 and my weight is @ 170lbs. Working my tale off 6 days a week with cardio and strength training.so I'm burning 500 calories every. 2 hours every day.my goal calorie intake is 1,200 calories .I usually have 1,035 calories at the end of the day tops. I just feel stuffed.I workout 2 hours every day.my diet is Gluten free and sugar free .low carbs healthy fats.0

5'8" 113-115lbs depending on the day. Currently at 2,000 trying to reverse diet up to around 2200. I have a very small appetite and my comfort range is about 1600 so struggling to hit what I need sometimes0

5'7" maintaining around 175lbs after a loss of 155 lbs. Maintenance is 1900 - 2200 calories, I wasn't tracking every single day but maintained perfectly for a year. I've just cut back to around 1600 gross in order to lose the last 20lbs or so, although on exercise days I go up a bit if I'm starving. I mainly lift weights (3 - 4 days/wk) with a bit of cardio (running, spin bike) maybe 90 mins/week. I also get between 10 and 15,000 steps per day.0

5'8 trying to maintain around 160 - currently 157 ...averaging 2100-2200 calories and I need to increase that as I think my maintenance level is more like 2400-2500
