I used this app last year and it helped me loads. Unfortunately i suffered ill health and other issues and never came back :( i have continued 2 lose weight but with no consistancy. Im fed up of lettin myself down and blaming others for my failures, so im back :) am looking forward to getting to know u all and having the cheering squad to help me on my journey. Am also hoping along the way i can help some of u and support u in your own personal journeys xx
