mom of 5 here,
i lost 50 lbs almost 5 yrs ago and i gained it all back when i got pregnant with my last child 18 mths ago.
i started slim fast again (thats what helped me to lose the 50 lbs) soo far im losing but gaining it back a few days later.
i find it hard to sit and eat im always picking at food threwout the day .
i just signed up to a gym (was going to curves but i dont like it) and ill have a trainer to set a program up for me so fingers crossed it will all work!!
my goal is to lose 30 lbs

    First of all...five kids..wow..that's great!
    I hope you can get the support you need fromMFP friends. I have been on here for a few months, but i must admit, I have not been motivated until this past week. I hope that I am finally getting on track.
    I have only one child. She is 16.
    Let me know how the trainer at the gym goes?

    Welcome! You will learn to eat properly here, monitoring how much and what you eat as well as your exercise. It is awesome and it is a lifestyle change not a diet, per se. I have already lost 36 lbs average about a pound every 5 days. I've lost the weight before and gained it back due to meds that i'm on. Good luck and have fun with it!
