Don't feel bad. Haven't even been able to make myself start working out. I am also eating bad. I did go without diet coke today which is a start I guess. Don't give up. At least you have lost some. I can't even begin.0

It could be. The 6 lb.s could be water weight. Plus, if you have been exercising a lot, maybe you are gaining muscle. I wouldn't give up though. My weight fluctuates a lot and it took me a while to even lose anything at first. Since your TOM is over, just keep at it and see what happens in the next couple weeks! Our bodies are all different. You have to kind of tweak your diet to work for you. You'll make it!0

I bloat really bad that TOM and put on about 5lbs, but it always comes off. You already look great!!!0

Don't give up! The last 5 pounds are always the hardest to lose. Or so I"ve heard anyway. I've never gotten that far.0

Last month with TOM I gained 6lbs and it took me until this last one to get it all back off. Just make sure you are drinking enough water. It will come back off. Just don't give up!0

I always gain about 5 to 6 pounds during TOM. It sucks, but it is what it is.0

Don't give up! as others have said it could be water weight! I believe you can do it!!!!! You could also be plateauing, just keep it up!!! you have the entire MFP community behind you remember that!0

It could be Tom, it could be water weight, it could be muscle. You know that you're eating right and exercise -- keep it up and the scale will come down!
You might want to increase your water intake -- I had some stubborn Tom pounds sticking around for a while, and as soon as I increased my water, they washed away.0 -
Open your diary so people can see what your doing. You may get some from that. IMO0

Thanks! I worry alot! My biggest concerns is back in January i had a tummy tuck...after losing 135 lbs, i had to get rid of the skin! I just dont want to mess that up...it cost too much and hurt way too bad!0

Yes, it could be. But whatever the reason don't give up. It simply isn't possible to eat right and exercise and not get to a healthy weight eventually.0 -
You weight gain could be water weight, or are you eating a lot of processed foods-tons of salt in them. Something I had to relearn was portion size. A closed fist is about 1 cup of food, the open palm of your hand is about 1 serving of meat and a tip of your tumb is about 1 tsp of cooking fat or 1 oz of cheese. And no fair..........20 years ago the size of a plate of food was 8 inches...that is the size of a paper plate now. Our food plates and if you go out to restaurants is huge and we might left out if everyone else gets to eat their big old plates and we are looking at our smaller ones. I use a sandwich plate at home, its the right size and its usually full.
Don't be defined by the number on a scale you are more than that. I believe in you and know if you stay the course just a bit longer, you will win! Watch your water, watch your salt, watch out of unhealthy processed foods...weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint!0 -
Hell no, you've come so far, you can't give up now!
You know you're doing the right thing, just keep on with the healthy eating and exercise and it will pay off.0
