hey! Started my journey at 165 about 4 months ago. I'm at 148 now and my goal weight is 115-120. Looking for other girls with similar goals? Could always use some more support and motivation

I'm 5'4" and went from 163 to 133. I haven't been able to get into the 120s but would really like to so I can run a bulk cycle.0

I started at 170 about 6 months ago. I am now between 132-135. Just coming back from a 2 month break from logging. My goal is 120-110.0

Hey! We have really similar stats - 5"4, (started at a bit over 160, not sure exactly as I had rubbish scales back then), now at 148 and wanting to be 119/8 and a half stone. I'm just getting back to losing after a week off0

I'm 5'5", so slightly taller, but barely! I started at 148lbs, currently at 139.5lbs. My goal weight is set at 120 right now, but I might reasses around 125. I might end up even trying to get to 115lbs and then start trying to build muscle mass so I have a bit more wiggle room of staying around 120-125 after doing recomp.0

Hey 5,5 here originally 172 last year, got down to 147 last summer but stopped tracking after a while (biggest mistake ever). Currently at 158 with my initial goal being 135. Happy for anyone to add me!0

Similar here! I'm 5'4" - 5'5" and weigh 167. Starting (again) on here. I'm setting a mini goal of 140 and will determine then how low I really want to go. And im 35. Feel free to add me!0

I'm 5'4" and currently 163 after having two babies in two years. My wee one is just two months old but I'm ready now to drop about 30 pounds. I've never been in the 120s and think I would look unhealthy at that weight. I look good as a toned, strong 135 pound person - and it has been a LONG time since I was there! I want to build some muscle and gain some cardiovascular endurance so I can play with my kids and keep up with them. The number on the scale is more of a guide for me, since muscle weighs more. But I would love to be both fit, toned and in the 130s!! I'm totally up for connecting with others who have the same goals so we can motivate and check in with each other!0

I'm 5,3 started at 157 now I'm 140 goal weight is 120 to 125 I've hit a platau and my body is not giving up anymore I've done everything to jump start it again changed workouts weights you name. Very frustrating0

I'm 5'3" 165 lbs. and I've been working off my post pregnancy pounds. 18 more lbs to get to my pre-preg bod, then I want to lose another 7 pounds. Maybe more, not sure. Total I've got 25 to lose. Minimum! FR me!0 -
5'2 here lost 42lbs and got another 50 to go, then I will take a serious look in the mirror and decide on my goal weight, feel free to Friend Me for mutual motivation, chatty and I comment on people's feeds0

5'4, 125 down from 165. I eat everything I did before, and I have always loved working out. Calorie counting has absoultely changed my life. FR me if you like!0
