Hey guys. What percentages of macros is considered a daily balance?

- 0.6-0.8g of protein per lb of body mass
- 0.4-0.45g of fat per lb of body mass
- fill rest of calories with carbs

5% carbs, 15% protein and 80% fat in my case is my daily balance.
It varies with each goal and from person to person. My #1 goal is pain management. When I hurt like heck I can not lose weight.
Since in 30 days this macro knocked out most of my pain, cured my 40 years of IBS in six months and has been good for a 3 pound a month weight loss for the last year eating 2600 calories daily means it it working for me so I see no reason to change it yet.0 -
It depends entirely on your goals. Or, ignore the concept and just eat a nutrient dense tasty diet.0
