Hello everyone!
This is my first time using MyFitnessPal. I have been powerlifting for the last 6 months. Before, I used to do marathon training. I thought I should try out something new, like powerlifting. I have made lots of progress over the last 6 months. Loving this journey so far! I have been looking into crossfit routines to add to my weekly routine as well. Would love to meet others who are into powerlifting or crossfit.

    I powerlifted many years, most of them before you were born :D But I'm getting back into it, along with running some 5K's.

    @tuckerrj That's great that you're getting back into powerlifting. I like to do 5K's in between lifting days, once or twice a week.
