Activity level

i am on maternity leave for a month. While at home I do not do much besides cleaning the house and keep up with my two year old. I get at least 4 hour long cardio sessions per week and 4 30 minute strength training sessions. What should I put my activity level as? As soon as I get back to work I will be walking about 5-6 miles per day plus my workouts.

I'm not sure, the way I do it is by putting it as sedentary and then logging the calories as I burn them. I suppose then I know exactly what I burned and what to eat.

I would say try Sedentary to start. Log your cardio sessions and breast feeding for extra calories to eat back. Don't bother logging the strength training as the extra burn there is tough to estimate.
See how you feel over the course of 4 weeks and also see how much weight you lose. If you're excessively hungry, feeling weak or your milk supply is going down, you need to make a change - possibly lowering your weight loss per week goal so you have more calories.

I would say that you were active! Breastfeeding takes a huge amount of energy, remember to rest in the afternoons it helps your milk Supply. Speaking from experience.0

Exercise is not part of your activity level. Normal daily activities sound lightly active. Exercise is added separately.0

I would start at active and then adjust as you start recording your weight change. Enjoy your time with the kiddos!0
