hey guys! I've been doing so well with my eating! And I've lost a little over 20 pounds. I'm really proud of myself but now I need to tone up. I need people to stay on my case about doing my squats and exercising. It's time to tone up and I need all the support I can get!
I'll motivate you if you motivate me!

    I need this too! I just had my son, just started MFP and I NEED to start losing this baby weight, but when I plan on working out during nap time, the effort just doesn't seem to happen! I need motivation! <3
