There is no quick fix in weight loss. If you build something up overnight, it will crumble just as fast overnight.
If you don't have the motivation, you aren't going to reach your goal.
Too many people come to MFP wanting to lose a few lb's and lack motivation so they don't actually get it done. You have willpower for every single day. Every. Single. Day. If you don't - YOU WILL NOT GET IT DONE AND I GUARANTEE THAT.0 -

Losing weight is more about the food than the exercise.
Focus on using the data base and the diary.
For exercsie, make a reasonable realistic Specific gym plan --- this many days a week, this many mins on this activity, . ..
You can do this!0 -
Cheers and yeah its hard for me at first to get the motivation to go to the gym or workout in front of people due to my anxiety but thats because all i worry about is what people are thinking or watching me when im trying to workout just like i feel embarressed the weights i lift are to light and people woth judge. I have found ways like certain songs or looking at a pic or even watching motivation vids have jumped my motivation up alot. And when i acually get ust to working out over time i get alot of motivation to do it. Just hard as i wanna do this but reason i stoped last time was because my ex made me for are kid0

I'm going to translate
"My ex made me for our kid"
Was that because the gym took too much time away or because she wanted you to spend your money on practical matters? In any case I imagine the situation has changed.
Embarrassment goes away when you realize that lifters check the mirrors for their own form, not yours.
You might get good direction and more confidence with the support of a personal trainer for a few weeks.0 -
Yeah i did have a personal trainer at one point but was to expensive 60 dollars for an hour. Being a student at tafe i havnt got the money for that and no she was still only half way through pregnancy when she said to stop because i went every night for couple hours and she wanted me always home so she could go somewhere instead be home with my mum and sis since we lived there. And not the case anymore but cant find the time on weekends but weekdays i wanna try do it before study so at 4am till 730am to make up for the weekend. And no i never spent money on gyms at the time as i went the army 1.0
