    Dried dates. (Technically a fruit, but I find that dates do the trick whenever I have cravings.)

    Skinny NSA frozen frappes.. Skim milk and this chocolate squeeze stuff that has zero anything I don't know what's in it but it's probably gonna give us cancer! It looks like a mio squeeze.. If u have a blender just add coffee, ice, skim milk, and a squirt of this stuff! Skinny Mocha frap!

    Publix sells them for sure and just ask your local grocery stores. I heard they really taste like cotton candy. Im going to be getting some tomorrow to try. :) because I love cotton candy!

    For a sweet fix: Quest bars, Think Thin bars, flavored greek yogurt (or try plain with fruit, maybe), even oatmeal with protein powder in a flavor you enjoy.

    For less sweet snacks that might cut the desire for sweet -- pickle, cheese, nuts (ideally a little salty), popcorn.
