Do you track daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or take a weekly average? Do you track a certain time each day? What way of tracking seems to motivate you best?

I weigh/log approximately once a week... but I don't enter it into my log if I'm not happy with it (which is thankfully rare).

Weigh myself every day and enter my average weight for the week on Sundays.

I weigh in using a Fitbit Aria so it updates automatically - am trying to only weigh in at the same time during the day but have a tendency to weigh in every day at the moment right before my morning shower

I log daily after each meal and exercise. It keeps me accountable.

I weigh daily, record by the whole pound only.
  • Record weight whenever I step on the scale, good or bad. I have the Fitbit Aria synced to MFP.
