What's up MFP Fam,
My name is Lese and I am somewhat new to the messaging boards. I'm just now checking everything out that myfitnesspal has to offer. It's truly amazing. I'm working on losing 100-150 pounds. Currently I'm 5'4/282 pounds. yikes! I am really focusing on weight/strength training and cardio. It is awesome to see people putting in the effort to get the results they want. I know we can do it!!!! Just saying hey! I am here to fully support and uplift everyone here. I want to be healthy and happy. :) Right now I am working on both. Learning that I don't have to wait to lose weight to be happy and confident in who I am. It can start right now! Let's Be Friends!

It's not gonna be easy, but it can be done. Live and die by your meal plan, set your calories for the day and try to create a deficit. Your doing the cardio and weights already do your on the right track. Give the diet 10 weeks so your metabolism and body gets used to the way you are eating and I'm sure you'll get great results..Good luck to you and you can FR me if you'd like. Hope this helped

Thank you for the awesome advise!!! I'm surely trying to keep it up and do so. A deficit is when I'm burning more calories than I'm taking it in right? I'm still trying to understand everything. Although with weight training I'll take in a little more for the protein and weights? I hope I'm understanding it all correctly.
