Body Pod

Has anyone every had their lean body mass calculated in a Body pod. See the link below, I'm thinking about getting this done to get a more accurate picture of my daily needed calories.

    There is a place off of the Howell Mill exit that does it. Another one of my FB friends recently had this done.

    I have done it a couple times in the past on the Air Force Base I work on. I will probably schedule to have it done again when I get back in town. They usually weigh you, put you in the bod pod and use air to measure your mass. Quite interest.
