When you complete the 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30, what do you record it under in the exercise log? There is a warm up and cool down, so how many minutes do you record?

    record the whole thing under circuit training.

    I believe the 30DS is around 21 minutes for L1 and 22 minutes for L2. I'm not sure of L3 - I haven't gotten there yet. Don't count the warm up or cool down.

    hi, just record the minutes you work out without the warm up. this is a circuit training :)

    21 and 22 minutes is NOT including the warm up or cool down!
