I'm starting week 4.0 from these guides and I need a little support, my progress hasn't been the expected and I'm not happy with my body, my graduation from University it's in one month exactly and I wanna look good for that day.
My current weight it's: 134lb.
My goal weight it's: 120- 125 lbs.
Any advice? I'm trying to eat 1200 cal or less but I'm not doing it I always end up with 1500 cal or 1600.
Help!

Don't eat less than 1200 calories.
You also need to eat back your exercise calories.
Since you are struggling to eat so few calories, and workout every day, you are unconsiously eating back exercise calories.
If you eat 1600, workout for 400, it results in net 1200 calories. It is the net calories that is important, and those can never go below 1200 for health reasons.
I honestly think you are doing just fine.
Just make sure you properly track all your calories by weighing your food.0 -
Well I know everyone has a goal weight, but honestly weight doesn't mean fit/healthy. Try and eat more too, the calories don't necessarily matter as compared to what you consume! 400 calories of salad vrs 400 calories of a Big Mac sit in your body differently (:0
