Hello fitness pals! :smile:
I thought that motivation and support might be a good place to post this.

I'm wondering if any of you have a blog or are currently blogging your progress?
I've been considering doing this for a while and I'd love to see how others are doing!

    I use the blog here to get things out that are hindering my progress. I find that if I say it and type it then its real. Its a great way for me to vent, move on and hopefully feel better. Sometimes its about wins, lately its mostly about "I got this" or "I can't take it" or "I failed" but when I get it out and try to make a plan at the end it helps me stay on track. In the end my blog is for me and me alone. I don't expect any comments, any likes anything. I don't mind them, they are helpful, but really I do it for me.

    Coming here also helps. reading others struggles makes me feel not alone.

    I am struggling this summer, but I am not giving up!!!!
