I've been using MFP on and off for about a year. This past month I've had my Ah-ha moment and have made serious changes. I now need the help of outside support! Time to get more interactive and accountable! Please feel free to add me!

My vision changed (got worse) very quickly and my optometrist tells me that such a rapid change with "someone your size" could be due to diabetes and encouraged me to see my MD asap. Thankfully I do not have diabetes but it occurred to me finally that I had gained 90+ pounds in just a little over 3 years. So I stopped with the excuses and became accountable for myself. I'm trying all kinds of apps and fitness routines until I find what works best for me. So far it has been swimming and walking the rose bowl that I enjoy the most. I don't want to cause my body to fail just because I really like wing stop haha not worth it!

I'm not a "get involved" kinda gal. So I'm trying to change that! As my godson says "what's gonna work?......teeeeam work!" ;)
