Hi all! Does anyone know on average how many calories piyo burns? I know it isn't listed, would you just count it as pilates, or a write-in? Thanks!

    When I was doing it I counted it as pilates. My heart rate never got that high and I figured the burn was similar.

    depending the the vigorousness go with pilates or hatha yoga
