    I just got it as a early birthday gift yesterday ( my birthday is 8/30)....I was playing set-up all night,the reviews are pretty good,the app is still growing with updates,I did compare next to Fitbit surge and they meet almost neck to neck,however the vivoactive has better notification and water resistant,so far the only drawback is no hr monitor (you would have to get adaptor,but it's more accurate than the surge)....but so far not bad especially being a gift
