Maintaining, but Redefining. Anyone with similar goal?

Hi!
My name is Josh. I have lost over 30 lbs in the past year through a lchf lifestyle, I have increased my athleticism twofold in almost every way. I am 29, 5'9", 182 lbs, and a full-time college student x1.66.
Instead of losing more weight, I want to redefine what my weight consists of through intense strength training and aerobics. I am training for a Spartan Beast that is 10 weeks away. I will still be consuming >50% fat, but will be working in 120-140g protein, and approximately 10% carbs. I will be eating at maintenance.
Are any guys or females on here with similar goals? If so, feel free to add me. Have a great day!

I've just started the lchf diet this week and cannot belive how quickly my body is reacting to it positively! I'm so excited to continue and see my results in weeks, months etc. It's nice to know you can lose weight and not deprive yourself. I've never eaten much dairy, and this week I've had it every day - and feeling amazing! Hope you're maintenance is a success.0
