I am also one very happy bride to be, who is trying to lose weight pretty desperately.. I had tried every single diet in the past but let me tell you something. None of them really worked! So I have finally realized how the only way to lose weight is through dedication, loooooots of motivation and persistence. SO, I have decided to really eat clean and train mean for the next 3 months so I could look nice and banging hot on my wedding day if there are any brides out here or just regular people who are doing their best to lose weight and need extra motivation and cheering, I would like to friend you so we could cheer each other and give each other recipes and so on haha
I am truuuuuly looking forward to talking to you guys Have a wonderful day!!

Hey! I'm getting married next July! I just picked up my dress, and it doesn't zip all the way. The one I tried on totally did...apparently that one was kind of stretched out! So I need to lose at least 15 pounds for my dress to fit, but like 25-30 to look banging hot. Lol. Add me! And congrats!0

Hello! Congrats!!! I'm getting married on Oct 31st this year, I bought my dress 3 years ago and up and decided to try it on last week (late I know, but I didn't realize how much I had gained! Lol) It's a corset back lace up and the back part wouldn't come together and I had to squeeze into it. So for the past week I've been dieting pretty hardcore! I need to lose at least 15 more pounds for it to fit again. Feel free to add me girl!!0

Hello and congrats! I am getting married in May 2016 and it's time to get my weight under control. I have found my dress and it is form fitting and non-traditional, so it's important to fit into it properly. My goal is to lose about 38 lbs in the next 9 months. Looking for friends on here to help stay motivated!0

Congrats my ladies! It's so funny how we all have to lose somewhat similar weight! Let's do it!!!!0

I'm getting married next year. I'm just about to start the hunt for my dress which will likely be quite form fitting - no ball gowns for me! I've been losing weight on and off for a few years but this has kicked me into being more consistent.0

clean eating is great but I would suggest looking into if it fits my macros, you guys need to realize that a life long change in nutrition is the only way to keep the stubborn weight off, make sure that you are not forgetting about your micro nutrient intake. What I have found is that weight lifting and compound movements like squats and dead lifts help a lot more then isolated curls or long bouts of cardio! good luck and congrats0

Thanks. I've been making changes for some years now, I watch my macros and I deadlift along with the best of them. Who said anything about curls or cardio? Just because we're talking wedding dresses doesn't mean we're cardio queens.0 -

Just got engaged in May, and the date is set for May of 2016!!! Would like to lose at least 55 lbs, but if I can lose more, great! Don't want to get too carried away, though....he likes me plump! LOL The weight I am now is the same as when we met, so he loves me the way I am; I am doing this mainly for my health, but also so I can feel beautiful and confident on our wedding day. It won't be an easy journey....he's an AMAZING cook....but I know he'll support me in this (though the best compliment he's ever given me is "Here, you need to eat this....I think I saw light between your thighs!".0

I have added you all my ladies! WendyAnderson: My fiance was a chef for quite some time, and my stomach first fell in love with him, then my heart hahah! But, ever since this summer we have promised to each to start making healthier food, because this change shouldn't be only for the wedding. But for life! Let's do this !!0
