What should be my daily calorie intake?

I'm 18, 5'9" (176cm) and currently 130lbs (59kg). I had some problems with my weight in the past when I was close to anorexic and only ate around 1000kcal a day. I picked myself up and gained a decent amount of weight but somehow I still worry about not eating enough/eating too much. So I would really appriciate if someone could help me out a little by suggesting what my daily calorie intake should be and also if my current weight is okay.
I must also explain that I eat very healthy (lots of veggies, reasonable amounts of fruit, whole grains, lean meats and almost no processed foods) I also workout quite regulary (at least 30min of walking daily + cardio and dumbbell weight training 45-75min 5 times a week).

According to IIFYM.com, your maintenance calories are around 2115 calories/day. I'd start there and adjust as needed after weighing yourself for a few weeks (increase if you lose weight, decrease if you gain).0

Thanks for the reply. I also tried some of the calculations listed on the web and they vary from around 1950 to 2350 depending on the site I was on but 2115 actually comes right in the middle so I might aswell start there
Also another thing I forgot to ask earlier: what about my macros? I currently have them set on 50/25/25 but I usually eat 45-60% carbs, 20-30% protein and 20-25% fats. Are macros really that important and how do you have them set?0 -
Experiment. If you lose weight, you are eating at a deficit. It you gain, you are eating more than you need to lose. If you stay the same, you are maintaining.0
