All fresh veggies and made with lean ground beef, maybe a sprinkle of old cheddar cheese and whole grain garlic toast, sounds great for a chilly day here in the Northwest Territories
;) hope i can watch my portion size and control my intake!

Chili is a favorite of mine. I have to make mine with ground turkey and no beans, but the bonus is an even larger portion since it's lower calorie. More corn bread for me! (I always serve corn bread with my chili, seems meant to go together)

We eat chili probably 3x a week for lunch and moe for dinner. They aren't always "traditional" but I just make sure it's full of veggies and I freeze it in one serving containers. My daughter likes beans, but my husband can't have them. We swap out chopped zucchini or squash instead.
