PCOSers - anyone tried Insanity?

I just did the fit test and it nearly finished me off! I'm rather worried about starting the programme now.
I have been recovering from an illness for the last couple of months so have lost a lot of fitness and gained 9lb. I have a 'healthy' BMI even with the weight gain, but find that it is my bodyfat percentage that really determines how my symptoms are (and avoiding sugar). Feeling lethargic and gruesome at the moment and determined to get back on track. Would love to hear whether the programme works and is achievable.
