    Wow! Fantastic results! I've been checking out BodyRock- It looks like a great site- but I'm curious- do you do only one bodyrock workout per day? Do you add in some other cardio or yoga, etc alongside the bodyrock? I'm wanting to get started incorporating it, but am not sure how just yet :)

    No i also did P90X twice, 1st time alone and second time as a hybrid with bodyrock... i also run and i just started Asylum Tuesday!!!!

    Hey, just wanna say WOW! You look great... you hard work has really paid off. I gained an extra 20 lbs during recovery of an injury. I just started P90X 2 weeks ago! I love it!! But, it's a tough program!!
