I've been logging on for 25 days now and I've been walking 4 miles 3-4 days a week sometimes 5, I'm set at 1350 calories but eat about 300 more because of breast feeding. I don't feel like I'm losing anything, how long does it take to notice ? I'm at 250 and 5"8 I want to be about 175 more or less.

You don't "feel" like you're losing! Have you been on a scale?

25 days isn't very long to make a noticeable change.

If you don't weigh, it takes some time to notice. I was kind of surprised when my clothes got big. I didn't think I'd lost much, if anything. By the time I was like, "Yeah, I think I've lost weight," I was down 35-40 pounds.

A scale is helpful for watching progress, if you want to go that route. You don't need one! But sometimes, it's good to watch numbers when you don't feel like you're losing. :)

Yeah I'm ganna get a scale soon I just haven't had the money, I know it's early to see results. But seeing a lower number probably would help me keep motivated but still knowing it takes time
