Just wanted to introduce myself. I am a 41 year old mom of two teen age daughters and married to a wonderful guy for 19 years, I have always put my family and even friends ahead of myself, so I think that it is time to look after me.

    Everyone I know that has used this site says that it has been a tremendous help. It has really helped me this past year. Just stick to your goals and don't get discouraged when it takes a little time to get in the groove of dropping those lbs. Good luck!
