This is not my first try to this ... Tastfull sourness ;) . My earlier attempts failed after 16 hour on this cleanse....
But guess what.... Day 1 ... Aah i past it. Whoehoeeewww.
Oohh ok 3 more hours to go then day 1 has past, but you don't think i am going to ruin it now right B) . It was a little dificult after the 10 h but then i had a nap and then did some gardning. It was like i could smell the sweetness of the sweetpotato i was harvasting. I think if i try to stay away from people with bad thinking of me doing this my way ,then i could make this a happy ending. Ooh my mom is not creazy about this diet .... At all and she is visiting in after 2 days :'( . But I will be strong mommy is not going to stop me... >:) "I hope?" Let you guys know how tomorrow will be like. Oke , keep a smile on your face.. <3 love ya.

This is how this is going to go. You're going to weigh yourself and be amazed at the weight you "lost". You probably won't make it past day three. You'll be sad because you "regained" all the weight you think you lost due to the cleanse. Water weight. Cleanses are bull. Calorie deficits are what works, both short and long term. Stop chasing false quick fixes.

If you want to stay away from people who think badly of cleanses, you've come to the wrong place, sweetcheeks.

Nobody's being mean. Just truthful. And the truth is that cleanses don't work, aren't necessary, and can be dangerous depending on which you do and for how long.
Just eat in a calorie deficit.

This wasn't a means to motivate you to keep doing something unnecessary and potentially dangerous. You're probably a troll, but just in case you are not, I think maybe seeking some counseling might be better for you. Not trying to be purposefully offensive, but you really don't sound all there.

I do know the whole deal about the cleanse . it is more mental for me. But everyone does it there way eventually... Goodnight you guys, going to bed . :)

Knows the whole deal. States they failed the cleanse several times. This is still their "way" even though it has constantly ended in failure. Some people will try anything except for the tried and true method of eating at a calorie deficit and exercising. Troll.

What exactly are you hoping to accomplish with this? Also, how old are you?

Unfortunately OP, you've fallen for exactly what the diet industry wants. Temporary results and returning to their "patented" way to lose weight that's not sustainable, yet reaps them rewards (income) due to repetitive consumers.

Day 2 done , not that bad as yesterday. And I am 27, thanks for asking. Told my husband about the diet today. He is not all that crazy about this whole diet thing. But when i told him it was my second day, he was surprised i didn't give up. So yeah, good progress with that. :) . going to bed now, warm hugs from South-America. <3
