Hey everyone,
So I know back bows are really good for your abs and the back of your thighs etc., but every time I do them, I feel a huge amount of pressure and pain on my pelvic bone. Is there any way to relieve this pressure? Or am I supposed to get used to it.

That's odd. Maybe put a thick foam pad under there. Personally i'd go with Romanian Deadlifts, which work the same muscles, but it's a more functional exercise for daily living. Plus you can progress in weight as you get stronger.
Here are instructions on doing it:

Really? I didn't know they worked the same muscle groups. I've been using a pillow, I just really wish I knew why. Thanks for the tip, I'll definitely try those in my next workout!0

I feel you! I'm struggling with this aswell. I need neck, knee, and back surgery. I've been trying to find something that works. In the mean time I'm just standing up more and do more around the house, it hurts but it has to be better then just laying around because that's not helping me......
Good luck0
