Im new, sorry if this is a common question...I have my activity level set to slightly active BC my job includes a lot of driving and standing, not a lot of activity during my day. My calorie goal is set at 1330. I do exercise everyday, with a personal trainer. I am currently NOT eating my additional calories I burn. Is this ok?

Yep, sounds good. I suggest getting a food scale to weigh your food just to get good at eyeballing serving amounts. Weigh all solids and use cup measures for liquid.0

Wait...no, you should be eating back some of your exercise calories. You might have to experiment at first, try 50%0

Yes you should be eating back some of your exercise calories or you won't be getting enough calories daily. I found that with step calories I can eat them all back and still lose. Not so sure about the exercise ones that you input yourself as I don't use that anymore.0
