Ready to get my body back!!

Hey yall, I'm kinda new to this whole diet thing, but I'm all in. I've lost 6 lbs in a lil less than 2 weeks but I'm going at it pretty hard. I got up to 220 lbs and desperately need to get back down to 175 maybe less. Any tips or secrets would be greatly appreciated. Let's do this...

    I've found that low sugar (carbs) works for me. Spend some time writing a meal plan and popping a few play lists together for your work outs. Good luck with your journey lovely!

    Sounds like you have the right attitude! I'm just watching calories, eating low carb and no fast food! Trying to get a Lil exercise in any chance I get! Good luck!
