Mine is usually the following:
2hrs before: Yoghurt and nuts or protein bar
30mins before: Tuna or protein bar or a fruit

Don't have any. I don't think they're necessary at all unless you're a bodybuilder or an athlete... I just eat when I'm hungry.

I usually eat a PB sandwich or a banana with PB on it. I workout at 5am so i am not really hungry that early for much else. Sometimes a protein bar

Protein shake made with almond milk & Quaker pop chips pre workout. Post work varies from the same as my pre workout to chicken with veggies, depends on my day.

I practice yoga and run. I never eat before either of these things because I do them first thing in the morning after I wake up... However, if I worked out in the evening I would not eat anything 2 hours prior the work out... But 2 hours prior I would have pickles, cucumbers and cheese, or walnuts and an apple. Protein and carb whole food combos.

Depends on the day. If it's a weight lifting day I'll eat some cheese and crackers or a banana just to give me some carbs to burn and keep my energy up. On Cardio days I have Krav Maga classes in the evening so I switch up my eating schedule on those days. I cannot do that class with a heavy belly (learned the hard way) so I eat alot earlier in those days and just do a nutritional shake a couple of hours before class.

whatever I ate for breakfast. I do enjoy a post workout smoothie. Just because it's so yummy and I'm hungry after working out...

Ditto. I try to eat a normal meal that is a good mix of carbs and protein about 2 hours before my workouts.

I've been swimming and doing water aerobics in the morning before I eat anything. I don't think you really need a pre-workout meal with the level of exercise I'm getting, unless you really are undereating for the rest of the day.

I usually take a scoop of protein, what's left of the morning coffee and some ice. Shake it up...great tasty little pick me up.

for most workouts, I don't find anything out of the ordinary to be necessary. I usually have an afternoon snack around 4:30 or so and I hit the gym on the way home a couple days per week at around 5:45-6:00. I have my snack regardless of whether I'm going to the gym or not.

I do a lot of my cycling during my lunch break plus my extra 30 minutes of physical fitness leave...I don't eat anything except breakfast usually in the morning and then I have lunch at my desk when I get back from my ride.
