Do you know what makes you want to cheat? Is it because you're restricting too much on the days where you stick to your diet? Is it something else in your life that's making you stressed and leading you to comfort eat?0

Can you make any food substitutions that would allow you to feel you are treating yourself, yet they fit within your calorie goals? A lot of things I make at home are far fewer calories than restaurant versions (burgers, pizza, etc).0

What's your normal calorie goal?0

Save calories for your splurges
Stick to defecit across week
If you can't resign yourself to not losing weight
It's not that complicated tbh0 -
That doesn't sounds like cheating, it just sounds like overeating.0

It's hard to know what to say when someone asks a question like this, OP. Many (most?) who are here probably struggled with this. It's the "I messed up already, lemme eat everything and I'll start over on Monday" mentality.
You have to stop that. Eating a big cheeseburger for lunch on Friday doesn't have to ruin your whole weekend. I got this quote from another forum a few years ago: "If you trip on one step, you don't throw yourself down the entire staircase." Right?
First, remove the idea from your head that eating the cheeseburger is cheating. It's just a meal. Your goal is to keep logging, try to stay within your calorie goal (or even a bit more) and just keep on working it. Every next bite of food is an opportunity to make a choice that will keep you on track.
When you hit the point where losing weight is super-important to you and you're willing to change your mentality, then you'll start to see results.0 -
In my experience, large off-plan meals are a sign your daily goal is simply too low. By upping your daily goal by 100-200, you might find fewer urges to have high calorie off-plan meals.
That being said, some people save up calories during the week on purpose to put towards a family dinner or eating out or another occasion.0 -
Your profile indicates you only have 7 pounds to lose. My question would be how much are you restricting yourself to try and lose those 7 pounds? Take is slow and easy! Eat at a slight deficit for the week, so you won't feel completely deprived and then find yourself suddenly eating 1000-2000 in a single meal.0

Scared me when I read the title, I thought it said "I cheat three meals a day"0

What is your height and current weight?
How much did you tell MFP you wanted to lose per week?
What is your current daily caloric goal?

Stop doing that. You only have a few pounds to lose, set MFP to lose .5 lbs per week. Shave off 100 calories per day so you can eat an extra 600 on the weekend or bank some exercise calories. I'm not perfect and I make a trip the fridge for a couple of licks here or here, but if you're going over calories but that much and that often, I have a feeling you are being too restrictive.0

This.
Try to figure out what the cause is.
- Too few calories in general?
- Missing your favorites foods?
- Poor food/meal timing?
- Stress?
- other?
It's much easier to curb behavior when you know what is causing the behavior in the first place.0 -
Agreeing with the other posters who think you might be overeating because your weekly weight loss goal is too aggressive. What's it set at? With only 7 pounds to lose, it shouldn't be any higher than 0.5 pounds per week.0

What is your diet like? I ask because if you tightly restrict food type this can lead to binges.
Also, how much are you eating on your low calorie days?0 -
