The more hours you workout the more you eat.

Today My WOD consisted 4 rounds of 20, 16, 12 and 8 reps for dead-lift, Push press, bench press,pull ups and 3.1 miles of running. I'm trying to maintain my goal of 230 pounds of weight. I have a problem with myfitnesspal who wants me to consume 4430 calories today, because of the 3.1 run I have to gain 765 calories more in my diet. I guess I have to eat some sweeeeeeets, haaaaa, just kidding.

I think mfp tends to over estimate calls burned but definitely have a nice steak or a whey protein shake0
