How is it that I've been consistently losing 1lb a week and then all of a sudden this week I'm down 6lbs. Not complaint about the loss just wondering what I did. The only thing I can think of is that I added a protein shake after my workouts. Any thoughts?

You're just starting out. You'll see little things like this happen all the time. I'll go 7 or 10 days losing nothing and then "BOOM" drop 4 pounds in two days. I've been tracking my weight fluctuations for the last 5 months. You'll start to see a trend. It just happens.0

I considered that too.
I actually would drop weight just before mine, contrary to what happens to many women here.0 -
