Couldn't make it through my workout today

I know it happens and that I need to just try again tomorrow, but I'm disappointed that I couldn't do it today. I am on week 2 of c25k and after I did all of my strength training, I usually do the treadmill for a half hour. And today I got to the second running section and felt like I was going to throw up in the middle of the gym. I had no choice but to pack up and leave disheartened.

    Sorry to hear that. I hate it when my body disappoints. Try taking the pace down a bit next time.

    It happens. You're still doing great. I graduated from C25K about 2 years ago and there is always the occasional bad run. Sometimes the body just doesn't want to play along. Don't beat yourself up about it. You're doing fine; a bad run will happen always. Good news is that the run after a bad run is usually an energetic, really great run.

    it happens to everyone..sometimes it's lack of sleep..something on your mind or your body just need some xtra rest. You said your on week 2 so you have been doing your thing..today just wasn't your day so now its in the past tomrrow is another day. Don't beat yourself up what matter is you bounce right back. Good luck.
