Well, trying to get fit on your own is not fun. And I lose motivation very quickly. Is anyone looking for a motivation partner, someone who they can relate to after a daily basis, weekly or even monthly just for some extra support. I want to hear your stories on how you get fit and stay healthy. I need tips.

Well, it's hard for me these days. I'm just beginning to get back into a routine and I'm thankful to have my sister on board again to help me stay motivated. I have 4 boys, ages 11, 9, 4, and 20 months, so finding time to work out is hard and being able to really eat everything healthy while being on the run with practices and games is hard work. Determination is the biggest key for me. I started using MFP in early 2012. I lost 40 lbs then got pregnant with my 4th. I'm at a good weight, but I have about 20 lbs to lose to really get down to pre-baby #4 weight. I just try to stay positive. When I have a bad day, I try not to think about it and when I have a good day, I think about it a lot. It is very mental and part physical.

We all have to start somewhere and the fact that you're starting again is a challenge itself so well done. Kids alone can be a work out, but congratulations on the newest. Just stay positive and you'll overcome your goal. I would love to hear from you and see how you're getting on! X

I've always wanted a fitness friend that I could talk to...or even complain to haha. It's hard to be on your own. It gets lonely.
