Here I am again. I have started and failed more times than I can count. I typically throw in the towel within 3-4 months because it's just too much work and I get aggravated and impatient.

I am now 24 weeks in and 24 pounds lighter. I still have a long way to go but it feels different this time, like I can actually do this. I've been spending a ridiculous amount of time on MFP reading success stories, learning about nutrition and exercise, finding ways to stay motivated, and of course getting a few laughs.

I am so grateful to have found a place where I can get the support I need to keep going.
So, just wanted to say thanks !

Great job! I think a big part of being successful at ANYTHING is being able to identify your weaknesses, what sabotages you reaching your goals. Sounds like you are learning from past mistakes. Reaching out for encouragement and motivation during the time you know you are vulnerable is a GREAT plan! Keep it up!

Thanks. I still have a lot to learn. Now I need to go to sleep before I eat something - hehe
