Looking For YouTube Videos For Home Exercise

Options
Hello! Do you have any excellent videos or people whom you are following that can teach me exercise techniques? Between work and college, I do not have time for the gym and thus need to fit my exercise in while home.

Specifically looking for beginner weight training type stuff.

Thanks!

If you want to do at home workouts that are just bodyweight exercises, try pilates videos. They're really good if you don't have weights. If you have lighter weights, try the NTC app. Their workouts are KILLERS. You can choose different types of workouts if you want to get lean, fit, strong, whatever. You can even isolate body parts. I would look into that.

It is free and each workout is only 10 minutes by themselves or 30 minutes per day, enjoy!

Fitness blender videos are also on youtube. :) If you go to their site, you can specify length, intensity, equipment. It's really a great site with literally hundreds of videos.

Hi try gymRa really good videos anything from 10 mins to 60 mins. Beginners to advanced. With & without equipment. But do try to get a medicine ball or kettle bell. The great thing is that you do the work out with them in real time & they explain how to do the exercise 1st & remind you as they go along.
