I would probably just stick with what you had if it was working for you. Have you tried contacting their customer support? They might replace it free of charge if you explain the situation.0

Yeah, they are awesome at replacing! I believe they have like a year guarantee or something

They are replacing my Charge HR free of charge. My daughter jammed the charger in and it will not charge now. I would call or email them and see what they say!.0

I took mine in the ocean, then left it on the beach chair in the sun/heat and it doesnt work properly anymore. Even though i dont need it for tracking steps, calories, sleep, exercise, etc as ive got my routine on lock down i've just gotten so used to it and looking at stats that i went and bought another one. Just felt incomplete without it...0

I've emailed them with a photo of the Fitbit and receipt to show I'm telling the truth, my fingers are crossed they will help,
Not sure they will as it was my fault letting him get it but I can hope
thanks for let me know this as I would of just thrown it away and not emailed them xx0 -
I feel your pain: I left mine on charge and the puppy had it a little while before I realised. Its not broken but got a bit chewed and has little puppy tooth marks all on the display - definitely looks a bit of a shambles but while it still works....
Looking like butter wouldn't melt....0 -
Oh no! I wouldnt want to be without my Fitbit so I'd definitely get another one. I still use a One but would upgrade to an HR or Surge, depending on budget at that time.0

Definitely contact Customer Service. They're great. I've made the mistake of throwing mine in the washing machine (multiple times) and they've always sent me a replacement despite my stupidity!0

Fingers crossed they replace mine, I'm so lost without it, stupid how I've got so attached0
