Keep your kitchen stocked with healthy snacks and take them with you to work. For me, if they are on hand and ready to eat I go to those first. Good luck!0

Wasa Multigrain crisp bread ( cracker) Awesome treat! It's very crunchy! 13 grams of whole grains, 2 grams of fiber,Cholesterol and Fat free, only 80 grams of sodium and 45 calories!
I eat them plain or if want something sweet, I put a tablespoon of reduced sugar or natural peanut butter. You can put cheese on them I absolutely love these! My hubby says they taste like dog biscuits!!!...LOL
V8 juice low sodium, I find it picks me up in the afternoons when I am feeling sluggish.
Laughing Cow Baby Bell Light Swiss Cheese. Great with any of the above.
Greek Yougurt, my favorite brand is Chiobani. I opt for vanilla, or plain and add my own teaks such as fresh berries. The less flavorig it has the more room it has for the good stuff! Less calories and usually more protien as well!0 -
thanks everyone, gonna have to try some of these0
