I suggest that you up your fibre, in take it fills you up and hopefully you will not want to crave bad foods. I chew gum when I really need a quick fix it helps control my mood food eating hope this helps Louise

    I've always been of the opinion and experience that chewing gum makes me hungrier.

    I don't care for gum, but that's cool that that works for you.

    I get lots of fiber.

    I don't believe in "bad foods" and don't crave any foods in a problematic way.

    Our of curiosity, what prompted this?

    Oh, I didn't think of that. Not sure how that happens, but that makes a lot more sense.

    I completely agree about fiber. Upping my fiber was the thing that made all this easy for me.
