i downloaded this app a long time ago but never used it. In July I decided it was time to change my eating habits and lose weight ... For reals this time! Because Of course I've tried before with different diets. I find counting calories and using this app is easier and more effective then the previous diets I've been on. I guess I shouldn't call this a diet. It's a lifestyle change. Good luck to everyone on your journey.
