Can't figure how to post a picture, but here's my instagram. I have another 35kg to go before I reach a healthy BMI.
I have done PT for 9 months and exercise 4-5 times per week. I have dropped 5 sizes! I feel more confident and healthy. My kids love to join in a hike with me. They love their new "mum."
MFP and my friends here are VERY motivating. I log daily.
